fun fun in the sun

Had a great little arvo session the other day, just two of us, Benny Conquest and I enjoying the one foot off shore peelers, it lasted about an hour then out of no where the wind went onshore. 7'8 SINGLE STAN

finished SINGLE STAN this week, he's a 7'8 mid length, 50/50 pinched rails, rolled belly very close to a hull, fabric inlay with a resin pin line, 12 inch box with a flex fin, wet sand finish, really like this board, it will be a fun board in a little larger swell on a good point break or beachie.

friend or foe

Over my life iv only ran into these's fish of the larger kind a few times. Growing up in South Australia you'd think i would see a few more, only seen one in S.A as i was paddling out in the wave in front of me that i was about to go under, the beast was about the same size as the one above. Last summer was another time, late in the arvo at north avoca with a few boys on the logs, rode a wave in over the top of it, strangest thing to see it from above.
